Disabled Access
We do have a downstairs surgery, and a ramp leading into the building with hand rails, however, we do not have a downstairs toilet and there is no stair lift to get access to the upstairs toilet & no hearing loop is available.

Dental Emergencies
We do operate an out of hours emergency system, a mobile number will be left on the answerphone each day. This service is only available to registered patients and will incur a call out fee of £150 which is in addition to the usual treatment charges. Patients that are on the Denplan Care plan will be required to pay an excess fee of £20. Otherwise, patients can call 111.
During the day we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible; with cases of severe pain, bleeding or trauma taking priority.
